Tennis

 

· Program for juniors at the age of 13 to 15/16 years.

 

· Individual training program at 2-5 per week for 2-4 hours per day.

 

· Development to a complete player.

 

· State of the art individual technical, tactical and mental education training to build an complete athlete.

 

· Physical fitness training for 1 hour per day (speed & agility, coordination, strength, endurance  & power, injury prevention).

 

· Conditioning  training for more than 1 hour per day 

 

· Care and control by a physiotherapist

 

· Year-round tournament program.
